Important Dates
Abstract Submission: September 1, 2011
Paper Submission: September 30, 2011
Notification of Paper Acceptance: September 21, 2011
Early Bird Registration: October 1, 2011
Delivery Formats
Individual Paper Presentations: Limited to 15 minutes presentation with 15 additional minutes for questions and open discussion. Panel Presentations: 10 minutes per presenter with 30 additional minutes for questions and open discussion.
Paper Format
Page size: Electronic file submissions only in Microsoft Word in 8.5" x 11" format. Paper length should be 10-15 pages, single spaced,
including graphs and figures. The submission should include title, author, organization, abstract, keywords, main text
and references.The abstract must be less than 200 words, and with five (5) or fewer keywords.Presenters must also
submit their presentation materials in Microsoft PowerPoint in an electronic format along with the papers. Please submit
all papers in English.
